It procs a lot (probably either no cd or cd is short)
After healing a dungeon with a heroic (371) trinket these were my results:
Ally is granted 3481 of their primary attribute (str, int, agi), I didn't see any stam buffs OR
Ally is granted 1911 of a random secondary stat (haste, crit, mastery, vers)

There are 7 random effects, that you give your allies (the proc won't go on you, unless you're the only target available).
At 639 ilvl they were:

6889 primary stat
2898 to highest secondary stat
1450 Avoidance, Leech, and Speed
12 ppm 47,743 damage split between nearby enemies proc when taking damage (Tank only)
15 ppm 47,743 damage single target proc (Dps only)
20 ppm 71,609 healing proc (Healer only)
3788 mana every 2 seconds (Healer only)

Frustratingly, this proc doesn't appear anywhere but sometimes on yourself on Details. Any other damage meter addon that shows who this applies to and what buff it applies? I surely hope I'm actually buffing my party...

Nothing really great, but just a fun tip: during the classic Timewalking, I was using this trinket and my tank got the Strand of the Sundered proc and he just OBLITERATED the boss in 2 seconds. I was lv78 and he was lv34, so maybe the scaling here is just nuts!

This trinket is quite crazy. Shaman healer had this trinket and I was tank ( Night elf Druid - lvl 20 ) . This gave me a buff which Is 1743 versatility/haste ! Yes I'm over Hard cap. perhaps they will fix it later
