There are 3 different tailoring specializations. One deals with Shadowcloth, one deals with Primal Mooncloth, one deals with Spellcloth.

All tailors are able to create these just as you are able to create Mooncloth prior to the Expansion. But when you specialize in one of the 3 choices you will get 2 pieces of cloth every time you transmute instead of 1

The easiest Moonwell to get to is by getting a mage to portal you to Darnassus. Temple of the Moon is a very big Moonwell, just jump in the water :)

Also note that, depending on your realm's prices, primal mooncloth might not always be equal to other cloths, so check your AH.

In most cases, Primal Mooncloth will be the cheapest cloth, so when trading Spellcloth and Shadowcloth watch out for that.

The one in Cenarion Refuge is probably the easiest to get to in outland. A two minute flightpath from Shattrath, and a quick ride south to the CE expedition. Congradulations, you've made 20g for a flightpath fee. =)

not sure why the buy out price is so low, but most servers sell for around 30g each of these 20 if ur lucky, mostly do the the popularity of Primal Mooncloth Bags as a preferred look alternative to frostweave, and technically cheaper to make whilst leveling.

The closest moonwells to Orgrimmar since Cataclysm are in Ashenvale.

Raynewood Tower (59.3, 58.4) is fine if you can avoid the level 40 Alliance guards
Otherwise, you are looking at the Moonwell of Purity at (53.2, 45.4)

As of right now, you can't make this in the moonwells in Draenor. I tried moonwells in both Ashran and Starfall Outpost and got the "Requires Moonwell" error message. I opened a ticket to report the bug and a GM said "It requires the moonwell in Burning Crusade - outlands. Not Draenor. :)"

For a mage this is the fastest moonwell to get to, the port lands right beside it.

I tested the following locations.

- Cenarion Thicket in Terokkar Forest, does not register as a Moonwell.
- Cenarion Refuge in Zangarmarsh, does not register as a Moonwell.
- Nighthaven in Moonglade (/way 52.57, 41.51) (the Moonwell next to the druid trainer), does not register as a Moonwell.
- Nighthaven in Moonglade (/way 46.16, 45.46) ( the Moonwell under Aronus and next to the druid flight points), DOES register as a Moonwell.

This is also during Lunar Festival so not sure if that will make a difference.

Because of the issues facing Mooncloths, I managed to find a working Moonwell within Ashenvale: The Well of Purity located just next to the roaring volcano that dominates the zone.
