This gun is ADORABLE. At least it is if the little black dots are meant to be eyes...otherwise it's still pretty cool looking. I picked up two of these in AQ20 (AQ10 now, I think?) from the Anubisath Guardians in Ossirian's courtyard. Definitely going to use it for transmog on my hunter. Very unique model :)

Those can be farmed at AQ20, grinding the two QIRAJI GLADIATOR mobs at Moan's room entrance. They are insta-respawn as long as you dont kill General Rajaxx and his trash. It takes about 1000 kills to get a your gun, and you have a chance to drop a nice Glorious Breastplate aswell.

With the advent of transmogging it's hard to express how sad I am that I let mine expire in my mailbox.

You can find another gun with the exact same model from Ouro in Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, the 40-man classic raid, named Larvae of the Great Worm.

This gun also has a red smoke/bullet graphic like the gun I linked. I actually never noticed so I just tried it out.

I bought this on the auction not knowing anything about it other then the fact that it looks awesome, and was only 260g. Just now I found out how rare it is, and I don't know what to do with it, keep it for trans-mod once I get a gun at 90 (im currently 88), or sell it for a lot of gold...

I personally love this gun for transmog and use it with the Hero's Cryptstalker Battlegear (green set from Naxx10). It helps with the whole "insect" hunter vibe and compliments the insect eyes on the Cryptstalker helmet really well. When it is slung on my character's back it looks like an insect arm coming off of the top of my shoulder :)
