First day of Season 4 I got the 龍族覺醒秘典 from this weekly cache.

The character I looted it on has Enchanting and isn't maxed (only about skill 20) so I am not sure if this is a factor in looting it, it is not Bind on Pickup though and can be sold on the Auction House.

Edit: Every character I have picked this up on has been Enchanting and also not maxed out. It would seem it has a high, if not guaranteed drop from the first weekly box for Enchanting character.

got ilvl 350 shoulder. Must be a bug. Also got 350 gear from feast. wait until fix I guess.

Amazing this never bugs the other way isnt it! I have just opened 3 of these and everytime it is giving me a 350ilvl item. This wasnt the case 6 or so hours ago.

Cache of storms has been dropping instead of the Awakened version. I did it yestedary with like 4 alts and all was fine. Today (April 24th) it dropped the Non-awakened version.

I got a 350 green from the Valdrak weekly instead of champion gear on 2 of 5 alts so far today. Not sure why the difference between them.

Just opened my first one and got a level 493 瘤刺弓 (Champion).

I can confirm this drops 裝了滿滿金幣的袋子, the bag that contains ~15,000 gold.
