I used this on my mount before getting in a battleground, then during the battleground I dismounted (of course).
Later during the battleground I mounted again, but my mounts were turned back to normal as they are supposed to.
However, when I got out of the battleground, I was flying a reindeer again!

Bad news everyone, if you use this on 飛天魔像號 it does NOT keep the ability to gather herbs while mounted :(

You can only obtain items from Winter Revelers once an hour. Upon getting an item you get a Mistletoe debuff that lasts 60 minutes, preventing you from receiving more items until it is gone.

If you are on your reindeer mount and summon 冬天爺爺的小助手 or 冬天爺爺的助手, the little gnome companion pets will get their own little reindeer to ride with you. Very cute.

Re: "Where do I get the Mistletoe?; Snow Flakes?; Holly?" - You target any Winter Reveler in any Inn, and /kiss them. In addition to kiss noises, brief music, and flying hearts graphics, you will receive a stack of five of either 槲寄生, or 新鮮的冬青, or 一捧雪花 (assuming you have room in your bags.) There is roughly an equal chance for these to drop, and you can try again every hour.

You get a one hour debuff preventing the items from dropping again for an hour. The debuff works in real time, not play time on that toon, so if you switch toons or take a break, you can /kiss the Winter Reveler again an hour later.

The revelers are always in pairs, a male and a female, for your psychological convenience. Most Inns have them. The labels on the Winter Reveler npcs are <race> <gender> Winter Reveler, not just Winter Reveler. The drop is not affected by which one you choose to kiss, nor which Inn you use.

You can even target the other faction's Winter Revelers. I tested this in Dalaran; I stood my Belf Mage at the door of the Alliance Inn and kissed one of the Revelers standing way inside. (The Winter Reveler was neutral, your faction's are friendly.) I got 一捧雪花, so it works.

All three items that drop are used for Feast of Winter Veil achievements:

槲寄生
(one stack) Horde 槲寄生下的修士
(two stacks) Alliance 槲寄生下的修士
Excess Mistletoe does not disappear after The Feast of Winter Veil ends, and can be used to apply a spirit buff, useful on healers. This buff does not interfere with other buffs.

新鮮的冬青
(one stack) 拉拉拉-歐格利拉
You need either 新鮮的冬青 or 保存的冬青. Use the 新鮮的冬青 first, since it disappears after The Feast of Winter Veil ends.
Excess Fresh Holly disappears after The Feast of Winter Veil ends (this being the primary difference between Fresh Holly and Preserved Holly). Since Fresh Holly is also soulbound, you might as well use it up.

一捧雪花
(at least two stacks) 下雪吧
You can do this with two stacks if you make no mistakes.
Excess Handfuls of Snowflakes disappear after The Feast of Winter Veil ends. They are not soulbound, but as temporary items, cannot be auctioned, mailed, nor put in your guild bank. They can be handed to another player.

Steamhammer's comment about the Sky Golem was a clue to check this.

The Fresh Holly and Preserved Holly replaces your mount with a festive Reindeer. Unlike the various Brewfest Hops, which put a mount replacement buff on your toon, the Fresh Holly and Preserved Holly directly replace your mount, no buff. Each time you remount, you will need to consume another Holly if you want the Reindeer mount.

Any special features of the replaced mount are lost when replaced by the reindeer, for example, the extra swim speed of the 海龜 and the harvesting ability of the 飛天魔像號. Those mounts still have those features, but you are no longer riding them. On the other hand, the reindeer can fly, so if you were on a non-flying mount, now you are on a flying one. (but you still need to have trained the skill in order to fly.)

Holly works on almost all mounts, but not on mounts that are treated as vehicles, notably the 旅者的凍原長毛象韁繩 and the 配有司機的摩托車. On these, the Holly attempts to replace the mount, the mount disappears, the the reindeer fails to spawn, leaving you and any other riders dismounted. When it fails with an incompatible mount, the Holly is consumed.

Holly can be used while flying. Test before you do this on a multi-seat flyer. If it fails in the air, you will be dismounted and falling.

If you are already on the Reindeer mount when you use a Holly, the Holly is consumed and you are still on a Reindeer. (Your Reindeer has been replaced with another identical Reindeer.)

The Fresh Holly and Preserved Holly do not work unless you are mounted, but if you are not, you will get an error message, "Can only use while mounted", and your Holly is not consumed.

Even though you can more or less summon it at will, the Reindeer mount does not count toward your mount count achievements. It does not appear in your collection.

1. Get 新鮮的冬青 from Winter Reveler use /kiss on Her ( i done it in Dalaran WOTLK 43 63 as well She can give you 2 other items 槲寄生 or 一捧雪花 ) or 保存的冬青 from 滴答作響的禮物.

2. Fly To Blade's Edge Mountains in TBC ( use portal in Stormwind to 撒塔斯城 ) And take Quest 頂尖水晶 from 裘阿洛 29 57, go collect 5 頂尖裂片 ( is drop from all mobs around or pick up from crystals ).

3. Do Quest 我們的兒子想當禦天者巡邏員 from 托卡司 28 57 in Blade's Edge Mountains. Get 10 頂尖裂片 then fly to 惡魔水晶熔爐 32 40 and create 野獸的不穩定精煉藥劑 and go back to 托卡司.

3. Pick up quest 禦天者前哨 from 裘阿洛 29 57, Fly to see 天空指揮官凱勒 27 52 in Blade's Edge Mountains.

4. Pick Up Quest 轟炸任務 from 天空士官樊德麗 27 52. Fly north around 33 40 and use 禦天者炸彈 on a pile of cannon balls. YOU NEED TO BY ON FLY MOUNT

5. Use 新鮮的冬青 then Pick Up Quest 再度轟炸! from 天空士官樊德麗 27 52. Fly north around 33 40 and use 禦天者炸彈 on a pile of cannon balls. YOU NEED TO BY ON FLY MOUNT

I figured it out after like 20 mins lol, thinking about different stuff between then and now
