The dragons you must pull come 3 at a time. They run at max run speed, so the meele ones are kitable by a mage (with blink)/hunter).

They hit pretty hard, so bring a solid group (2 kiters, tank, dps, 2-3 healers, may need more depending on gear/class balance).

The pulls are the same in Ashenvale, Feralas, Hinterlands.

Be warned there is an elite dragon at each of these 3 locations that patrols. You'll want to stay out of his path when fighting, he hurts.

The mobs in Feralas can be pulled solo unlike the ones in the Hinterlands and Ashenvale. Some classes are able to solo the Tree Warders which are the level 60 medium sized dragonkin.

It seems the Tree Warders do *not* drop this fragment. Don't waste a lot of time soloing them like I did.

Most classes with good gear (tier 5-6) should be able to barely solo the Oracles. With enough patience, you should get the drop.

UPDATE: All the 4 fragments of nightmare's corruption have 100% drop rate now, instead of the excruciating 1%. Run and get your scepter done now!

Now 100% drop from any dragonkin in Feralas. These packs are easily two manable (Ret Pally/Rogue) and are easy to pull singly.
