As of Cata / The Shattering, this enchantment gives +8 agility and 8 dodge rating. Which is perfect for rogues, hunters, enhancement shamans, druids, tanks.... pretty much every class aside from casters could extremely benefit from this enchantment,

I've been running the new AQ10 instance for about the last six weeks every three days when it resets; I would say about fifteen times in that span. Killing all six bosses every time would make for ninety boss kills and in that time I have gotten each of the glove enchants and stealth to cloak as well. According to the wowhead statistics each enchant has about a 1% chance to drop so I wouldn't put this to great RNG, but rather would guess that the drop rate has been increased as these enchants rarely ever dropped during Vanilla when we used to run this place (I wasn't an enchanter back then). Anyways, I'm not a statistician or anything, but seeing

This is the best Agility cloak enchant for Heirlooms, until level 50 when Shadowlands cloak enchants activate.
It beats out BFA and Legion Agility cloak enchants.
