Tested on a 70 Night Elf Druid. I spent about 10 minutes autoattacking a dummy.
I got 15% uptime, with 8 applications total, so roughly 0.8ppm. The damage boost for pure autoattacks is negligible, the bonus was 600-ish agility for two 411 trinkets. Overall great meme-value, but probably not worth taking.
Uptime in Neltharions Lair 17 was 8%.

I've got a ilvl 411 Drogbar Rocks and 398 Drogbar Stones.

The "Might of the Drogbar" Buff provides 600 agi for 10s.

Got 17% uptime in Uldaman, where I've been non stop pulling.
You can compare it to the sophic devotion weapon enchant which provides 932 agi for 15s.
Sophic devotion has an uptime of 23% for me and sims for 819 dps.

If you translate that to the "Might of the Drogbar" Buff, it results in about 388 dps.
