Used to dissolved the big rocks in one of the rooms in the vault. A few things I noticed as well with this item aside from and differ from the reagent link on the current page:

When used to break the rocks in and collect the items its worth noting that this does deal a small amount of damage to you. The spell the combat log reported was Stone Dissolver but it did not show that I took any damage. The effect damage listed on the page is slightly ambiguous so it is hard to say how much you would take, it only did 703 damage to me on the large one but when I destroyed the small one it crit me for 2,309. So it seems likely this works off of your own crit and scales with your power like many other of these types of spells tend to do.

The second part worth mentioning of the spell is the text that says dissolves smaller bugs... Hints maybe?

The third part is that I was able see someone else using this spell in my combat log since this zone is not actually instanced, only phased very low beneath the zone which is very common, but still a glitch nonetheless.

Just some extra info since the damage might only scale with max hp or ilvl alone: I was on my Priest with 298k hp and 406 ilvl.

To make this, you need to first get an 空的黑曜石瓶 and then interact with the 溶解配方.

I was able to bypass dissolving some of those Stone Encasements by pressing Interact key :)

Go into into Options - Controls - check Enable Interact Key and then bind Interact With Mouseover to some button.
