Cast time: 3s. Contrary to what the description says (and to the net-o-matic), you can dismount someone riding a dragon on the ground. So not the most useful item, but it can be useful to deal with people standing on their mount at all time so they can take off when attacked. But only once every 2 minutes, for some reason.

Dismounts flying. Target must stay in line of sight for cast and range isn't amazing. Two minute cool down and it triggers all shredders so don't bother buying more than one.

i had high hopes for this item, thinking it would be similar to the net-o-matic, but it's so clunky and a hassle to use. I would've thought the range would be longer than the net-o-matic since dragonriding is much faster and the map is much bigger, but the range actually feels shorter. The player needs to stay in line of sight AND in front of you for it to work, and it has a 2 minute cooldown. Hopefully they tweak this and make it actually usable, otherwise, it's a waste of tokens and not worth the effort

Hotfix on December 21, increased range to 300 yards, cast time to 1 second, and range to reach target to 1 second total, cooldown to 1min. Should be a little better now.

Barely usable. Clear lines of sight apparently are not. Valid targets are actually invalid targets. Basically useless. Don't believe me? Try it yourself. Enjoy the red messages popping up.

Breaks you out of stealth but does not shoot. Puts you into combat for several seconds.
Blizzard, when you will start testing things? You know, people usually check if things are working before release not after.

This thing has NO RANGE and it BARELY ever works. I literally feel ripped off and I want my tokens back.

The salt hardened shell from MoP expansion was great, so was the Net-O-Matic.
Who is the genius who signed off on this one then eh?

1-minute cooldown and can be removed with Whirling Surge (which is a 30-second cooldown) within a 2-second window after your wingshredder finishes its cast.

Can't really dismount people unless you have another person cast it after they use WS
