This one-time knowledge item can be found in Scalecracker Keep, in the Waking Shores. It's near the big hut, next to a forge. Should see it on the minimap when you're close.

Coords are 65.50, 25.70

Cant see this item at all level 65 with BS rank 65.

Are there any pictures of this item? Or a script to run to see if we've already collected it? Can't see to find/see it.

I am fairly sure I looted this when first arriving in Dragon Isles. Unfortunately, I wasn't BS 25 yet so I think I lost on this one.
Somebody please correct me on this though ._.

This item is on the ground next to the big forge. The mobs around it are lvl 70, so non-tank classes may need to level up before getting this one.

If you've come here looking for a script to see if you've collected it, you can also just visit the area and see if the treasure icon shows up on your minimap. Once you've collected it, it will not show up anymore.
