Dragonflight version of the experimental anima cell from torghast in Shadowlands. Requires level 68 to use similar to how the anima cell required 58 to use.

Strangely, the UI when you open it is the same theme as Zerith Mortis. When I opened it my options were "Summon a mirror image of yourself" and "Create a localized blizzard" I chose the mirror image, to which it put a mirror down that vanished when I touched it.

This toy is probably one of the funnest toys in game, BUT it has an hour long cd, which sucks seeing as how the item's effects last mere seconds. Today I was turned into a duck lol
