Used for Gurubashi Mojo Madness which leads to Edge of Madness event.

In that event you'll spawn one of the four optional Zul'Gurub bosses:
Gri'lek, Hazza'rah, Renataki or Wushoolay depending on the calendar. Each boss has a two-week period when only he is spawned and they change randomly every two weeks. Which boss will be there depends on date when your raid instance was created. Instance reset will not change the boss.

Much like the rest of the raid instance, this item is going away when the world is changed. Luckily I saved a stack for those long, cold nights.

As of Patch 10.0.7 this is once again obtainable.
It looks to be a low chance drop off the troll mobs in the Zul'Gurub Heroic Dungeon after earning 殞落帝國的聖物.

Hours of farming and I haven't gotten a single one of these. The only ones I have are those I saved from back in BC/Wrath. I might toss in a bug report just in case these got removed by accident. Has anyone recently gotten one after getting the Relics of a Fallen Empire achievement?

Finally got what I needed. The drop rate is awful. All of what I got was from the hostile troll mobs. Didn't get any from the neutral villagers.
