After reaching renown 15 with the Iskaara Tuskarr and crafting an item with the fisherman so you can see the spawns, pools spawn at the following places:

Waking Shores
/way 55, 24
/way 62, 25
/way 67, 30
/way 68, 26
/way 33, 63

Beware that there are some lvl 70 mobs nearby most spawns, but no elites as far as I could see.

Very small sample size, but Q2 prospecting gave me 2x Fractured Glass, 2x Crumbled STone, 1x rank 2 Sundered Onyx and 1x rank 3 Sundered Onyx - out of 2 prospects

Prismatic Leaper School - DOES show up on mini map (circle icon) when Find Fish is disabled. These pools DO increase fishing skill.
Ice Crack (Ice Fishing Hole) - DOES show up on mini map (large fish icon) when Find Fish is disabled. These pools DO NOT increase fishing skill.
Magma Thresher Pool - DOES NOT show up on mini map (small fish icon) when Find Fish is disabled. These pools DO increase fishing skill.

Turn on Find Fish in tracking options to see Magma Thresher Pool icon on mini map. Same applies to the rare Overheated Magma Thresher Pool.

Ice crack must be opened to see if it's a rare Deep Ice Fishing Hole or a normal Ice Fishing Hole.

Prismatic Leaper School does not have a rare version.

Got two of these before unlocking Lava Fishing. Very rare catch though. About 0.4 percent while fishing for 災厄鯉魚.

You only need to be renown 15 on one character on your account. You do not have to be renown 15 on alts. I like to fish with a Highmountain Tauren because of the chance at 2x fish. I'm only renown 3 on the fishing alt but was still able to pick up the basalt, craft the item, and get the fish.

Prospected 1000 of these. Ended up with 2 R3 and 2 R2 Diamonds, maybe just lucky. Resourcefulness appears broken after getting zero procs over the course of the experiment.

Edit: Ran another 1k, only one R2 Diamond and still no resourcefuless procs.
