This one-time knowledge item is located in the Azure Archives, Azure Span. Within the Archives, there is a leveled tomb with a rare mob on the North-Western side. If you go inside, the tome is lying on the floor on the right side of the entrance.

Coords are 38.48, 59.19

If you're down on the ground level path from the entrance to the questing area, you'll need to fly up to the ledge. There is a "Forgotten Creation" mob in the room if it's up that you'll probably have to kill. The edge of the ledge is at 38.73, 60.08 and it's at the height of the top of the taller ground level trees.

i cant seem to find this item, nor the intriguing bolt of blue cloth... do i need to unlock treasures somehow or something?
ive looked in the right places, but the items arent there.
