This one-time knowledge item is found in Nelthazan Ruins, north from Maruukai, in Ohn'aran Plains. There is a crumbled building that has a tree growing inside, and this item is found under the roots. Also got a Forgotten Jewelry Box when looted the treasure, it had some JC reagents inside and a rare gem.

Coords are 61.82, 13.03

Not there on live. Mousing over the area that is highlighted in pictures yields nothing. Anyone have a different experience?

Just went there, it is there in front of the tree half under its roots
61.82, 13.03 (ohn'ahran plains) - Looking at the map its like a little bit left of of emberwatch when you hover your mouse over it, a little destroyed building with a tree growing inside.

Not sure when this was hotfixed, but it's now available on live. The fragmented key is at the base of the tree, between two roots. Co-ords are 61.82 13.03. I've posted some screenshots to show what the surrounding area looks like.

This item will not show up for me as of 12/22/22. I've tried using my interaction key as well with no luck.

I looted this item with full bags when I got my bags empty it had disappeared and I didn't get the loot. Would anyone happen to know how to get it back?

Can confirm the item was there today (3/1/23) and lootable, on Grim Batol EU.

I also got Forgotten Jewelry Box with the treasure.

On the ground at the base of the tree is a Forgotten Jewelry Box. Inside the box is the fragmented key.
