Quest chain:

1. 工匠的信差 - Start From 赫菲思塔 /way #2022 57.93 68.22 Haephesta/ You need to see 湯瑪斯‧布萊特 /way #2022 60.22 72.16
2. 給米蓋爾的禮物 - First speak with quest giver, then Fly /way #2022 68.79 64.48, and slay Fire elementals to loot 3 火焰之靈.
3. 交出真心 - Open any Crafting profession and make 米蓋爾的禮物. Then Speak with quest giver and take gift to 米蓋爾‧布萊特.
4A. 專業裝備 - Speak with 馬赫拉‧彎樹者 /way #2022 61.43 70.14 Mahra Treebender/ ( I pick 1-4-2-7-1 ) then wait 10 sec to finish quest.
4B. 那是我的專長 - Speak with quest giver ( I pick 1-4-2 ) if you cant speak with him just moveout from him and back can be buged. When You finish This Quest 世界奇觀 will up.
6. 世界奇觀 - Speak with 湯瑪斯‧布萊特 /way #2022 60.22 72.16, Then Fly to /way #2023 46.13 59.90, and press on 怪異的巢 then wait few sec to finish quest. YOu will get 巨龍知識裂片 and 遠古龍族智慧片段.
7. 技藝精湛的大師 - Speak with 卡丁 /way #2023 52.11 33.53 cave enter Khadin/
8. 夠格的狩獵 - Slay 千里 walking around /way #2023 50.18 36.67 Thousandmile

After This Story line You will get 卡丁的智慧 and 3 巨龍知識裂片. 巨龍知識裂片 You can exchange at 卡丁 /way #2023 52.11 33.53 cave enter Khadin/ You will get 50 工匠精神 and 1 Dragon Isles ( depending on the profession ) Knowledge and 50 rep. for 工匠聯盟 - 巨龍群島分部.

I was having a hard time with quest To Give One's Heart. on an alt. Would never give me these quest items Fiery Spirit. A GM said to reset my UI, but that didn't help either. Then they said report the bug. A few days later I got 4 sets of 3 of these in the mail. Doesnt seem to have any other use.
