If you're like me and forgot where to find the mount talent tree and customization stuff in The Waking Shores, you can find them in the Skytop Observatory.

Dragonriding Trainer (mount talent tree):

/way The Waking Shores 74.03, 58.17

Unfortunately, right now you get rewarded this on alts even though Dragonriding is account wide. You can't consume it if you've already learned dragonriding on anyone and at this time, the item cannot be destroyed. That means if you turn in this quest on an alt, you're going to have one bag slot you can't empty until Blizzard fixes it.

I present You Storyline 捍衛生命. This Storyline is part of 希望覺醒 which is criteria for 巨龍群島博學大師.

Storyline in order I done it:

1. 為了龍后 - Speak with 管理者瑟利思特拉 55 30.9 then He will take you to Queen 62.3 72.9 , You need to speak with Her and Movie will start
2a. 紅龍的使命 - Speak with 4 NPC in order: 60.7 74 修司, 59.4 72.4 艾克佐, 61.5 68.7 育母艾莉昂 and 62.7 70.4 札克拉娜. Don't do 訓練幼龍 Pick it up but go first to do 天空騎術.
2b. 天空騎術 - Speak with 安德斯塔茲領主 to get Your DRAGON MOUNT ! After conversation You will get 再生元龍 and learn 天空騎術. Now every time You use 再生元龍天空騎術 will be activated.
4. 如何與龍一起滑翔 - Use 再生元龍 then jump off the platform and fly through the circles then land 57.4 59.1 when you will finish quest NPC will teleport You back. When You press jump button You will fly up, Skill 1 Is going fast forward and ect. FROM THIS QUEST IS START GUIDE HOW TO USE DRAGONS FLY.
5. 如何與龍一起俯衝 - Use 再生元龍 then jump off the platform and fly through the circles then land 57.4 59.1 when you will finish quest NPC will teleport You back. Reward 青銅計時器
6. 如何與龍一起善用動能 - Use 再生元龍 then jump off the platform and fly through the circles then land 57.4 59.1 when you will finish quest NPC will teleport You back. Reward 青銅計時器
7. 天頂觀測所 - Use 再生元龍 then jump off the platform and fly through the circles then land 75.1 55 and speak with 安德斯塔茲領主.
8. 煥然一新 - Use 外形調整台 74 58.1 is a platform on ground big but i did not see at start xD. Reward 調整台密文 Now You can costomize Your Dragon.
9. 天空騎術天賦與你 - Collect Dragon Glyph 74.3 57.5 is over ground then speak with 莉薩苟莎 ( 2nd option ) to open dragon skills now you can learn new skill. After all speak with 賽洛姆.
10. 返回晶紅生命聖殿 - Fly to Queen 『生命守縛者』雅立史卓莎 62.3 72.9.
11. 訓練幼龍 - Now You can go back to this Quest. Use 晶紅幼龍 to Kill: 12 激動的嫩草, 6 入侵的幼小刺獸 and 1 無情狂風. I use instant kill 1 for killing and skill 2 to move lower lever to get to other mobs.
12. 是誰帶來的騷動？ - Follow 『生命守縛者』雅立史卓莎 to 59.6 72.5 Movie will start.
13. 主要威脅 - Fly to 指揮官萊薩納克 59.4 75.9
14. 土元素襲擊 - Slay 4 暴怒的岩靈 59.2 78.2 , 60.9 77.7 , 57.7 76.3 are 2 of them. During this Quest You can do 清空戰場 auto Quest.
15a. 搶救龍蛋 - Rescue 4 eggs: 蒼藍蛋 57.3 83.2, 青銅蛋 56.1 81.2, 晶紅蛋 55 81, 翡翠蛋 55.3 83.2
15b. 交戰元龍 - Kill 3 Elite Proto-dragons use 晶紅之矛 for pull and extra dmg to kill them fast.
17. 斬首行動 - Kill 加茲葛絲 53.5 83.4 Use 晶紅之矛 to do it fast then Movie will start.
18. 勝利退場 - Fly to 46.1 78.3 and speak with 管理者瑟利思特拉 Video will start, Storyline will finish after that.

Main Rewards During This Storyline are: 再生元龍, learn using Dragons Skills and Costomize them, As well You will Get 再生元龍：尾巴有脊刺, 再生元龍：微犄角, 再生元龍：冠上有鰭, 再生元龍：彎曲犄角.

This is my macro to dismount from your dragon riding pet. It targets the closest enemy as well, so you can dismount and start attacking quickly. It also does something else...

/randompet
/targetenemy
# Dismounts from any mount, summons random pet, and targets closest enemy

For those who don't use macros, but would like an easy way to dismount and target quickly, this is easy:
Press escape, choose macros, then New, choose a name and icon, ok/accept and then copy and paste int the macro command field, save, and then put the icon wherever you want it. Done.

Here's a macro that summons your 再生元龍 when in areas where 天空騎術 is usable, and casts 隨機召喚最喜愛的坐騎 everywhere else:

If you want to take the customization a step further and summon a specific mount (i.e. NOT a random favorite), just change the "SummonByID(0)end" on the second line to "SummonByID(mount ID of your choice)end" - an easy list of mount IDs can be found here: https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/MountID
If you want to take the customization even FURTHER by adding mod:key conditionals to summon other specific mounts (eg hold shift to summon the W型機輪摩托車), make sure to place those lines BEFORE the /cast line. You should have enough space to add two lines, and keep the 隨機召喚最喜愛的坐騎 option.
You can also just totally eliminate the #showtooltip line if you want to use a different icon. This is also a decent option if you want to save space for more conditionals.

The 再生元龍 was in my bag, I clicked it and it moved into the mount list, but it was greyed out with a "Dragonflight skill required" hover message.
After I logged out and back in again, the 再生元龍 was no longer greyed out.
I was able to complete the quest.

At least as of today during TWW, hitting level 70 with your first character on an account awards this mount and the associated 新朋友 achievement instantly. I skipped the DF expansion and leveled 60 to 70 via means other than ever even going to any DF zones or accepting any of its quests. Everything related to Skyriding unlocked at the same time (the button didn't even exist on my mount screen until hitting 70, and now that it is there the entire skills and unlocks tree is fully unlocked (except Winds of the Isles and Bronze Timelock, which require 一起翱翔天際 and 峭壁夥伴, respectively). Also received 蒼藍盟友 and that associated mount upon hitting 70.
