The pile of bones can be found at 62,76 in Jintha'Alor. Get to Hexx's level and get to her altar area. Continue towards the south, you'll see a doorway and path leading to an area with some trolls and another doorway with stairs leading down on the left. Go down the stairs and bear left. The chamber has wooden spikes inside.

The bones are the level below Hexx, to the left, with the oozes. (There are no trolls or wolves near it) The SKULL is on Hexx's level. Took me forever to find it because of bum directions. They're at loc 62, 76.
