Everyone can kill mobs and most of the time the respawn is 10-30 mins

I haven't gotten to properly test it but it seems to me that this teleports you to the ground safely. When I jump off a building and activate this I instantly transferred to ground level with no damage.

You won't be able to do ANYTHING for the next 5 minutes. There is no buff to "de-click" it in order to get free, neither others can free you like the Torghast trap toys. You just sit there and waiting for 5 mins with a debuff :P

If you get on the Mortis Mover toy (from the "Traversing the Spheres" achievement in ZM), and then get off, you will still be containment trapped, but you will be able to move around.

You can also use this toy after using the anima cell toy to enlarge yourself. Probably other interesting toy interactions as well.

The Toy does not end up in your bags when you complete the achievement, it ends up in the Toy box. I didn't realize it till a while later. I thought I was ripped off.

I present 完成暗號 Achievement. To reach it you must use 不穩定的拘捕陷阱 on 18 mobs.

不穩定的拘捕陷阱 You can get from 法琳 is in cave 35,2 45,6. Main reward from finish Achievement is 個人拘捕陷阱.

Try to not kill mobs to leave it for other players - some of mobs have a very long respawn :(.

1 過往的地質元素	I found him at 62,4 74,3 but He can respawn around Lexical Glade.
2 苔窒守護者	I found him at 43.6 86.5 But He can respawn after kill in other place around Catalyst Garden.
3 暴食的符文啖噬者	36,2 38,5
4 被統御的異常自主機	He respawn for me at 48.6 13.8. To get him respawn kill 被統御的苦工 around He can respawn on only on them place. Respawn mobs tak 10 min O_o,
5 可疑的奈斯敏	Found at 35.1 63.6 but He is walking around.
6 銳眼收集者	Spawn 53.3 74.9 Long respawn ;/.
7 符文毛皮	Spawn 39.6 52.1
8 惡喙	Fly around nest 41.6 52.3
9 腐化的符文囤積者	I Found him 47.8 61.3 but He is walking around.
10 賈甘提克	You can do him only during Quest 蔓生故事 in othery way He is not respawn.
11 蔓生地質元素	This is easy one. Is a lot of them on map. You can find them around 62 69.
12 鍊縛侍從	He is spawning 63 26.4 is a lot of mobs around xD
13 錯位執行者	He is running between mobs around road 57.3 47.8
14 噬符原蟾	He is respawn at 50.2 60.3 don't kill him. Long respawn xD
15 符文小偷希洛拉	He is respawn around 62.5 50. Long Respawn.
16 暗語外層	He is respawn 38.9 58.7
17 溢能原蜂	Found at 64.5 63.1 but can fly around Pilgrim's Grace
18 扭曲傳送工匠	Spawn in 45,2 22,2

In order to get this toy, you need to complete the 完成暗號. And before you can even start working on that achievement, you need to get access to the 不穩定的拘捕陷阱. However, you can only get this item by talking to 法琳 after having done the daily quest 蔓生故事 the first time, so just be patient.
