I am pretty sure these do not drop anymore comparing numbers on US realms and how often they show up. If anyone has any information confirming the opposite please post, preferably with a SS with your text box saying you looted it.

I had this drop off of a mob to the right of the last tower in Strath. Whats interesting about it is that there is no information about this item on the undermine journal for my server. Is there anyone who can attest to the rarity of this item?
