To be able to lower the Barrier and loot the and obtain the 星耀小夢馬 at Darkreach on Ardenweald you are require to have the 妖精捕夢網.

To build the 妖精捕夢網 you have to find three items around Ardenweald, they are objects that you have to interact with to loot the item, they are: 妖精裝飾, 附魔樹枝 and 生夢境絮.

妖精裝飾 is located at Shimmerbough on Ardenweald, on one of the elevated platforms on the trees.
附魔樹枝 is located at the Star Lake Amphitheater on Ardenweald, under the platform behind some bushes.
生夢境絮 is located at the Gossamer Cliffs on Ardenweald, on the elevated platform.

/way 36.99 29.83 Raw Dream Silk (Raw Dream Fibers)
Using any of the three items while having the others in your inventory will create the 妖精捕夢網, which will lower the Barrier and allow you to open the at Darkreach on Ardenweald.

You can get 星耀小夢馬 from treasure.
is a part of 亞登曠野的寶藏.
It is located south of Root-Home flight point.
You can find it on the platform inside of a dead tree in Darkreach.
The treasure is protected by the barrier which you have to dispel.
To do that collect 3 items in Ardenweald and combine them into 妖精捕夢網:
生夢境絮 is north of Dreamsong Fenn flight point
over the bridge inside of the 生夢境絲.
附魔樹枝 is in Amphitheater south-east of Dreamsong Fenn flight point
You can find it under the giant chair platform.
妖精裝飾 is near the tree trunk on the tree platform in Shimmerbough
You can find the platform if you go along the road east of Heart of the Forest
you have to cross the first bridge you see to the platform with the item.
After you collect all the items build a 妖精捕夢網 and take the treasure in Darkreach.

Anyone else having issues learning this pet? When I click it I get an error message saying "Cannot add companion to your account." My character glows yellow as if I'm learning it, but nothing happens.

Matching tamable hunter pet: 野生幽影奔跑者. Now you can have the whole family if you get 迅捷幽蹄 from 夢魘魔馬 as well :P

As of right now, you cannot collect Enchanted Bough as it does not spawn. I sent in a ticket and they said that they are aware of the bug and have no other resolutions to acquiring this. I'll repost on here when I finally do succeed in getting the Enchanted Bough.

I love these little unicorns, but they are incredibly noisy. I've managed to mute all their little whinnies and neighs! Here's how:

Download the addon MuteSoundFile
Type ingame /msf

Then you have to manually copy and paste all the IDs but it goes fast if you Alt+Tab :) Below you can find all the noises they make.

Not sure what's going on, but today I've finished all steps - looted the chest - and just got the axe. I haven't received pet, and the "Treasures of Ardenweald" achievment was also not completed in this regard.
