善行銅鑼 is inside the Gift of Devos treasure in Bastion.
To open Gift of Devos treasure you have to get the buff 忠誠之證.
To get 忠誠之證 you have to take Flame of Devotion
and bring it back to Brazier of Devotion near the Gift of Devos.
Any taken damage will drop the flame any you'll have to start again.
So kill all the enemies on the path to Gift of Devos before you start.

Don't bother with this below level 60. While you are able to interact and carry the torch with a lower level, interacting with the last brazier requires level 60.

I soloed this yesterday on a stealth class. If you can manage to get to the Flame of Devotion, the path to the Brazier of Devotion only requires dealing with 3 packs of mobs right near the Brazier (You cannot stealth while carrying the Flame). There's an elite with a non-elite in the final room and two packs of non-elite mobs outside the room. Kill them before grabbing the Flame, then you can completely bypass all other mobs on the walk by avoiding patrols and using the large rock outcropping to the left to jump down on the way.

This area has a high density of lvl 60 elites, making it seem difficult, if not impossible to solo.

HOWEVER

If you look closely, there are Volatile Animastore barrels all around the perimeter. Right clicking these will cause a 10sec AOE stun that increases damage taken by 30%. Utilizing these effectively, almost anyone should be able to do this, although it is probably still difficult for some classes.

Just solo it on a warrior. Here are some tips to make it pretty easy.

- Cleared 4 non elite mobs outside and 1 elite with 1 nonelite inside. Then go pick up the Torch and move a bit closer (just watch out for those lamps that disorients you) then use 回收的琪瑞安之翼 to fly onto the chest platform and you are done.

- If you didn't make it all the way up with the Wings:
a) Leap as a Warrior up to the platform above where the chest is.
b) Door of Shadows as Venthyr up to the platform above where the chest is.
c) Warlock Gate

I don't know if it was just missed up but I had all 5 instruments in my bags at the same time and all worked. If anyone like me had/has all of the instruments do not, I repeat DO NOT pick up a second copy of any of them. When I did it removed the 琪瑞安鳴鐘 from my bag and Blizzards answer to me was "it has been removed it's because you may only hold one Instrument of Bastion at a time."

The absolute BEST time to try and acquire this is during the World Quest event in this area, specifically tied to the 昇靈堡的挑戰 Kyrian Calling. There will be lots of players in the area keeping the mobs occupied, which will make it significantly easier to make your way from the torch all the way to the chest. Beware that there are mobs inside the room which can make your whole trip for naught if they are up when you make it to the brazier.

For those such as myself that obtained multiple Instruments of Bastion prior to the "may hold only one" restriction/bug fix, patch 9.0.5 has changed their cooldown to now be shared across all the instruments (previously were separate).

Alright, so here is the list of what the buffs actually are:

Ascended Flute: +80 to Primary Stat
Benevolent Gong: +100 to Armor
Kyrian Bell: 2% Healing every 15 seconds
Heavenly Drum: +10% to mount speed but capped at 220% on ground and 420% when flying
Unearthly Chime: Stealth buff of +100 Speed. Doesn't show on Character tab, stacks with Speed, doesn't affect mounted speed.

Take your pick on usefulness. Many use potions, enchantments, and food buffs so +80 on Primary stat has an effect, but say you have 1730 Intellect and 355 Armor.
Do you want an 80 point Intellect buff, ~= 4.62%, or a 100 point Armor buff, ~= 28.17%.

Today, I was retrieving my WoW in-game mail and noticed that I had another 琪瑞安鳴鐘 in my mailbox. I don't know where this came from but probably from when I was farming to get the rest the items for the Treasures of Bastion achievement. I already had the 晉升長笛 in my bags and been using it for a while but when I finished getting all my mail (auto-get), I noticed that the bell had replaced the flute.

So I had to fly all the way back out to Bastion and pick up the flute again from 披可. A real major inconvenience. So be careful when getting your mail or you too will have to make that unnecessary trip to replace which ever item.

琪瑞安鳴鐘
