i have the 184 version. with 1000 armor, 28.57% damage reduction. it increased to 1205. 32,52% DR.
With Demon spikes it goes to 2435 /49,34% . Without it, Demon spikes got 47.15% DR. So... For a quick but intense fight where you can change equipment (edit:before the fight) , its seems worth (if you can afford the cooldown to change trinkets).

I have the 236 iL version a protection paladin, looking at details during combat it doesn't seem to deal damage while I have an absorb up...

EDIT: I'm doing arena for weekly, no pvp gear. I procc this before arena starts and against a protection warrior it did 100k damage? 202 hits of ~500 damage each (278 iL version). Anyone know what protection warrior spells could trigger this?
