Since the current mana pool is 30k, this enchant increases your mana pool by 3000.

While extra mana might seem rather cool at first, I would argue that in most cases 附魔胸甲 - 永恆屬性 would be a better option, since extra +10 Intellect would make your spells and abilities more effective and therefore increase your damage/healing per mana spent, rather than simply allowing you to cast two or three more times before running out of mana, which in most encounters wouldn't probably matter as much at this point. Moreover, if you're playing as Monk, Paladin or Druid, it makes 附魔胸甲 - 永恆屬性 viable on your other specializations as well, whereas 附魔胸甲 - 永恆邊界 is only useful on mana-based intellect specializations.

Currently healers have 50k mana in their base mana pool. And the enchant gives 3000 extra mana (extra 6%, 50000*0.06=3000).

Spells consume a certain % of max mana. However, the enchant does not change the cost of spells, neither it changes the mana regen rate (at least according to what DejaCharacterStats shows).
