Does anyone knows if this achievement is Account Wide? Meaning, can I do one with my main which I did it for Orgrimmar and the other with my alt?

I JUST CONFIRMED that the achievement it's Account Wide and got the pet. Did the Orgrimmar on my main last week and just did Stormwind on my alt today.

I've completed the achievement 3 years ago and realized I don't have the pet. Finished the achievements again on a different character, still no pet. I put in a ticket and blizzard just responded "our ticket queue is busy so google it" basically. Has this happened to anyone else and if so, did you figure out a way to get the pet?
