I am having difficulties using this item via macro, probably due to its name. Since its name begins with number 5, the macro seems to refer to a cloak slot instead of the actual item. Binding other engineering devices via macro works fine for me. It there a way to make it work? Perhaps by referring to the item in some other way like LUA?

You can use this item in arena, while Gravimetric Scrambler Cannon, which shares CD with this item, cannot be used in area.-2020/12/7

Very strong CC item if used correctly.
A one minute banish on any mob type that can't be broken by damage makes this great to drop on large mob packs or boss fights with adds.
Just make sure if you're doing M+ only use it in situations where you won't be waiting around for the banish to drop, as there's no way to prematurely remove it.

This can backfire in raids, e.g. in Battle of Dazar'alor, when you try to banish an 先祖復仇者 to solo 金輝魔靈.
