This dagger, given current itemisation, is currently one of the poorer Epic daggers in the game. Whilst it is better than most Rare daggers, the vastly superior Perdition's Blade can be obtained later on in Molten Core, and is a huge upgrade in comparison.

After a year or so of farming MC, even Shaman seem to be quite keen on this dagger now =)

The Proc on this weapon seems to go off frequently and helps quite a bit while in battle. Not a bad offhand.

Well it's not bad, but there are much better daggers at the level. Especially with BC coming out, when level 70 greens are better than level 60 epics. There isn't much point in farming in this, or other current epics.

This weapon definitely does not compare to the other daggers currently available. It would be a decent off-hand maybe, but you should probably wait for perdition's blade which drops later in the Molten Core.

The typical setup back in the day for a raiding rogue was mainhanding this and offhanding Core Hound Tooth until you got Perdition's Blade to replace this.

Unfortunately, the tassels on the handles are not face maps. The are "rigid" and stick out instead of hanging like cloth should so it looks ridiculous when sheathed.

When using this as a Transmogrification item, the normal look overrides cata enchants. No Landslide, No Pyrium weapon chain glowing effects =]=]=]

I am surprised nobody has noticed this, but this dagger looks identical to the glaives illidan is using.

It almost looks like a piece broken off the glaives and is being used as a dagger, the glaives illidan is using there was also used by a demon hunter in Azshara was wielding the glaives Illidan is using in the link, I forget the quest chain but remember a night elf demon hunter as part of a depreciated quest chain in Azshara, surprised I remember this as I did the quest only once about 4 years ago and remember he had those glaives.
