Blizzard is just taking the piss out of OCE players. We have been asking for an item like this for years and we finally get it but unlike the inky black potion which can be purchased for small gold fee, we have to use 10 TW TOKENS! 10! A currency that can only be farmed at specific times and you need thousands of to buy the mount and you decided to make this much sought after item purchasebale with ONLY THOSE TOKENS... well done you completely out of touch buffoons!

Are there any places that are eternally night that we can use this? For example, I tried to use it in my garrison but there was no difference.

look for "stinky bright potion" on the AH. same effect without the timewalking badges

Are these warbound? I need a bunch for Legion Remix characters otherwise as usual they will be all stuck questing at night since the OCE day/night cycle is still out of whack all these years later.
Edit: Duh they are BOE according to the tooltip.
