drops for Horde not just Alliance but you will need a pet bee to use it. And yes it should be a toy, but it isn't
either seabreeze bumble bee (revered with Storm's Wake alliance only to purchase) bumbles (Let's be friends achievement alliance only to earn) or Honey Bee from pet battles works, Buzzworth from the trading post doesnt count, probably because he was added after the bee mount grind and blizzard never thought about it.
