Once purchased, you will receive a Horde 薩拉斯頌歌秘典 and Alliance 第七軍團之頌 version of this trinket in your heirloom collections. Thus, should you choose to upgrade the Horde version (to level 90), the Alliance version will not be affected. In other words, you will have to upgrade this trinket twice if you wish to use it for both factions. Now that's a lotta mulah!

At level 20, the on-use effect of this trinket provides roughly 2% haste. Very underwhelming indeed. But, it could be great for dungeons!

I was alone in a Raid earlier for pet farming and got a message that this item does not work in raid instances!

Considering that this was nowhere mentioned I consider demanding a refund for the item and for the upgrade items.

PSA: Do NOT purchase upgrades for the other-faction version, there's no need!

Once you have upgraded an item for one faction, create that item and mail it to an alt of another faction. It will auto-convert into that faction's version.
After some logins, it should even update your Collection, so that both versions show as upgraded!
