For those asking - these will never drop a ring or trinket. Rings and trinket drops come from world bosses, world drops, or raids/instances.

These will drop any gear available from that particular faction, so yes this does include weapons.

Any chance of having another source of these other than the warfront? We have plenty of options for 7th Legion (assaults, emissary, etc) but it would be nice to have a chance at of level gear more than once a month. Sometimes the secondary stats are better on the Darkshore versions

One thing doesn't quite make sense. In-game, all of the darkshore armor pieces are only obtainable through, as the appearance tab says, a quest, however this is very misleading. The cache you get just for completing the warfront has a chance to contain one of the armor pieces, and the armor pieces also drop from rates in Darkshore. The quest the appearance tab so vaguely refers to is clearly the once per cycle normal and heroic warfront quests, which it should clearly state rather than just say "quest" since finding information on whether or not it drops from a quest only is nigh impossible

Do the equipment caches you obtain through doing the normal warfront (without the weekly quest) contain the elaborate pieces which are great for transmog, or just the regular ones?
