I am wondering if this is useful, since I did this quest at lvl 21, I had a decent belt.
I have not been wearing it, and still change to water form.
btw, my regular form now breathes underwater as well.
I wish I could sell it at auction, but alas it is soulbound.

Wow after the patch they removed quest for Aqua form and the belt used to suck. boy was i suprised when i logged in on my level 16 druid after patch this belt is the sickest druid twink belt ever! its about 3-4% crit and 3% hit! thank you blizz :D

My druid had vendored the belt when I got it because it was crap, but I asked a GM, and he actually restored the item. Something to consider.

countless times this belt saved my char! im lvl 41 and i still use it! im going to save it in my bank when i dont need it anymore because its just awesome and it helped me alot.

The heal is considered a potion, so no increases from Nurturing Instinct.

Pretty sure this quest was removed. Im standing beside the bearwalker guy on my 19 twink druid and no quest. Lame, and i needed that hit rating.
