My first run-in with gold farmers was based around this drop. At the time, it was such a strange experience. I had never even heard of the concept of a gold farmer prior to that.

This tiny section of STV was a madhouse, filled with people camping mob spawns in hopes of getting that 16s drop. That was huge money back then. Definitely a very early, mount-farming hotspot back in 2004 and early 2005.
