By the time you need this particular item you should be able to take on the Timbermaw. If you're watching your rep then you should be able to tank their hits until they drop aggro and run back.

Also, this is a good item to check for whenever you are in Moonglade, be it for druid quests or holiday events or whatever, it sells decently on most of the servers I have played on.

Sat and camped for approximately 10-15 minutes and the Runed Arcanite spawned.

Approximately 5 minutes after that, the Cloak - Superior Defence spawned.

5-15min nothing!
i've sat here camping this ^&*!@ for over an hour, nobody else has even walked past me. i recheck her every 30sec, and no pattern of any kind has spawned at all. has this been removed, and as usual WoWhead is slacking on updating their system?

btw...dont make the mistake of killing one of the npcs here if youre neutral, you will go to unfriendly and be unable to purchase anything or interact with any of the npcs lol

I sat at Lorelae Wintersong for a while, and just bought her 3 limited mats over and over. It seems like if you buy the limited mat that she has at the time, it'll make the respawn for the other items pop up faster. Not sure if this just my interpretation of what happened or if this is true. Whether it is or not, I'm pretty sure these patterns will get you a profit on the AH either way.

I noticed that none of the posts here mentioned which vendor sold the Formula: Runed Arcanite Rod... and though im not sure if this is new because of cataclysm, the NPC in Moonglade named Lorelae Wintersong *pretty name* sells these items... i thought it was sold by the Furbolg vender that sold the other enchanting and LW goods... it might be a new thing blizz has done to combat gold spammers and sellers... enjoy the trip to moonglade!

As was mentioned getting reps with the furblog is 10 minutes and going to exalted now is a couple days before high level 50s. I've tend to collect patterns for whatever profession, but even in these Cata days when every sneeze gets a level having the furblog agility enchants should be a matter of professional pride. I love enchanters who have huge skills, so many of you train up at the trainers and that's that.

I got the the felcloth pants, and then the arcanite rod about 15 mins later. I had to log off to do some stuff in rl, so when i came back about an hour later, all 3 were there! woot! so i grabbed them lol

As of cata the easiest way ive found to get there is to take your sw/org portal to Mount Hyjal and fly directly north. Should be there in less than 2 min and much easier then getting gouged at the ah for a couple hundred gold.

I just bought the formula four times - I have two enchanters and plan to sell the other two. I'm honored in this area because I killed a million furbolgs not long ago to farm cloth. Only differences I encountered from the above is that the Formula: Enchant Cloak - Superior Defense consistently respawned quicker than the Formula: Runed Arcanite Rod and the rod formula took a longer than 15 min two of the times.

EDIT: This is no longer a good idea - don't buy multiple copies. The recipe is easy to get now so you can't make any major money off of it.

Guys, you must be joking, you can easily get in Moonglade without swimming and something like that. The way from Fellwood to Winterspring is crossing with the way to Moonglade in the tunnel on the Norht. If you have a reputacion with the "bear" fraction(I forgot the name, but it´s not so important), you can buy some recepies on the "crossroad" and follow the way under the small wooden bridge. Don´t hurry, just go through the tunnel on the North and you have to find the bridge. I know this way a long time, so I would like to share it.
