Don't throw your Tranquil Charm away when doing the Greenstalker quest. In fact, I did not finish the quest because I was afraid of losing this charm.

It can be used to defeat Greenstalker without even getting near him. Throw the charm at him from just inside the entrance of the cave 4 or 5 times and he is dead without him even noticing you are there. I am not 100% sure the reward from this quest is as good as the quest charm so I did not turn it in yet. I have used the charm for mobs all over the area for easy 2 shot kills with no aggro, and killing larger elite mobs is a breeze with this charm. Stay about 20-25 yards from the mobs so you don't get aggro. It is also great for skinners and for easy XP for leveling using this charm with close groups of mobs. All their health drops dramatically with each throw. I used the charm in nearby Falconhurst making all the quests very easy.

This item is so powerful I expect it will be nerfed in the near future, at least to make it aggro mobs if nothing else.

I have not yet tried to use it in another zone, and I am not sure if it will be in my bag after logging out of the game but I don't see why it should vanish.
