These are incorrectly labeled as being from bosses from the Black Temple. Both Pit Lord Vilemus and Sotanathor are bosses from Greater Invasion Points on Argus. Greater Invasion Points rotate weekly, so just check your Argus map to see if the Invasion Point (only the Greater one matters) you need is up this week, then go farm it on all your leather wearers. Despite transmogs being available to learn by every class, this item will only drop for leather wearers.

Bizarre that these wrists are the only option to complete a tier set but seemingly impossible to obtain.

No other item shares its appearance, and available only from a boss that makes patchy appearances and drops next to nothing.

One can only hope that if they do a Legion Remix we'll be able to complete the set after long years of waiting.
