I have this helm. Even though im a lv 40 bm hunter and can use mail armor. the stat enhancements are just staggering for such a low lv item. i have the falcon version with +10 agi and +10 int. awesome hat for any class that requires high agility. and u can armory my toon if ya want same name as here. just upgraded from a 39 twink with leather to mail so still not that great yet. but if any1 is on hellscream and has a ~40 toon i wont back down from a duel i like to see if we can still kick it at this lv on the bg's. Oh and btw i found this helm on the AH for a steal of ~5g or so the guy who posted it obviously had no idea of its real value.

Not sure offhand if it's part of a set, but if so it isn't Devilsaur Garb that contains other "Cutthroat's" pieces.
