Honestly, either I've been extremely lucky with the priestesses, or maybe if you're going for zone drops, you could just do naga priestesses runs and never actually enter the instance, because they have dropped EVERYTHING for me, the Staffs, the Tree Bark Jacket, even the Axe of the Enforcer.

The rate for the zone drops from them has been incredible in my experience, and they respawn really fast, so you could just farm them outside and see how it goes.
