This robe doesn't use the same art as the rest of the "Highborne" pieces and so has no transmog page of its own. A bit of info on what it's related to...

This robe uses the light tan and purple (officially "Purple") variant of the "Horde B5 Robe" artwork.

There are two pair of gloves (of different shapes) that use the same artwork and colour: 蘇瑪贊之握 and 靈魂布手套.

There's also leggings, which are identical to the skirt half of the robes: 淵博褶裙. They'd be hidden anyway if you're using the robe.

There's also art for belt and boots in this artwork set. But to my knowledge none of them are available in the game. The belt, if it existed, would resemble 奧科索爾束帶 (which is from the Dark Blue variant), but in a colour to match this set. The boots would have a similar patterning and colouring to the gloves.

There are four other colours of this artwork. Three have at least one piece available in the game, but only two as robes. The two unavailable ones are actually only subtle variations on the same blue and brown theme as most of the others, so not a huge loss. See:

Yellow-tan and ocean blue (officially "Dark Blue"): 蓋亞衣飾, belt: 奧科索爾束帶
Brown and mid blue (officially "Blue"): 暮光長袍 and 逐風長袍, belt: 月之腰帶
Dark brown and dark blue (officially "Dark"): no robe available, leggings: 提洽里的褶裙 (kilt, same as bottom half of robe, Horde quest only)
Light tan and light blue (officially "Tan"): unavailable (similar colour scheme to "Blue", but even lighter)

Shoulders:
奧秘披肩 matches this robe quite well, so do 靈魂布護肩 and 精神力量披肩.

Belt:
靈魂守護束腰 isn't perfect, but does the job.

Bracers:
白骨法師束腕 go well with 蘇瑪贊之握 (mentioned by Niaw), but if you've chosen 靈魂布手套, you'd better use some small bracers, that will be invisible with these gloves.

Boot:
白骨法師的靴子 have a bit different shade, but they fit...

Cloak:
... 夜幕之終 that completes this set! :)
