boy this is disheartening, on my 96th run for baron's mount this epic dropped, looking at all the 0% for this item actually dropping i'm starting to think someone out there really has it out for me. people tell me "your crazy", and "you must really want that mount", and crap along them lines. suddenly i see an epic drop, and it's this damn chain... i don't know what to think right now.

I was rly bored and decided to run LBRS and on like..my 5th mob this popped up lols..idk its probably good for a lot of different classes with the stamina and intellect..and spirit is just a plus sorta, but it is an epic so you can show off to friends of the same lvl who cant afford @#$% :)

Yes I know that not everything is a reference to Star Trek but in Deep Space 9 serial there was a character called Kai Winn, when I first saw this item it reminded me of her... On the other hand, it's more probable that Farmbuyer is correct ;)

This dropped off a Spire Spiderling after 35 runs of Lower Blackrock Spire. There is no good way to hunt epics like this other than to just pick a spot that might drop it or a dungeon and farm. I wish you the best of luck.
