This robe drops off of the hidden boss Nightbane in the updated Karazhan in Legion. When equipped, items like 埃蘭的放鬆用紅寶石 that are also from Karazhan and have the favor text "Marked with a raven silhouette", become passively buffed.

For 埃蘭的放鬆用紅寶石, the mastery is not increased, but the proc's damage increases from 262,710 to 341,522 damage for the 860 ilvl version.
