this beauty with decent ilvl (840+) and socket is one of - if not the best - ring for firemages. Since crit is more important than int (which in turn is roughly 2x as valuable as the other stats) for them the value of this ring vastly exceeds it's itemlvl.

I got one 845 with socket, it sims better than any 895 ring there is (without socket), even after the socket-nerf.

I just got one on my level 108 alt doing invasions. Odd thing is that it had a required level of 108 and was only an ilvl 804 item. Still BoE, but much less useful to sell considering it's only 2 off cap.
