I just got this item and it is showing "Requires Level 120"
Also it has no Traits boost whatsoever, just a +7ilvl...

I then sent it to a guild friend to see if it was just a typo in description; they were unable to use it on a 110 mage.
I however had no issues using it on my 120 mage.

Anyone else see / hear about this?

1. The Broken Isles consists of five different zones: Azuna, Val'Sharah, Highmountain, Stormhein and Suramar;

2. All creatures in each zone can drop 2 of the 10 different types of relics, as a BoE item that is thematically tied to the zone:

3. Those relics can also be found in a 脈石帶鎖箱, which is a random drop from all Broken Isles creatures;

4. Suramar is the only zone that doesn't downscale its level. This makes its relics (法術火焰之油 & 結晶法力) much rarer for low level characters, as they can only come from a 脈石帶鎖箱 in theory;

5. Fortunately, when a Broken Isles zone is randomly invaded by the Legion, the newly spawned creatures can drop any of the 10 different relics, making it the perfect time to farm them!

6. How to farm them for a Twink:

All green BoE armor and relics seemly drop with a level requirement that is "".

So, to get the best relic for a level 20 char, you'll need to farm it with a level 24 or 25 char.
