Completing the Heroic level quest in a mythic dungeon still results in a bag that gives heroic gear. I got an 825 chest piece appropriate for my specialization.

Hello guys. I got this quest item last week ad started quest but did not finished that quest in last reset. I finished quest this week and now I can not find NPC in my Class Hall to turn quest. I see question mark but I do not see NPC.

Any tip?
