You can also get it off the bonus roll, even as a secondary reward.

Does anyone know if you can farm this disregarding the weekly lockout? I'm doing it on different chars atm, would be a lot smoother if I could do it on one and just get busy :D

Can confirm that you can do multiple difficulties a week unlike Korkron Shaman Treasure. Did Mythic earlier in the week with no luck but just got it from LFR.
