Spell ID for the proc is 215632, known as Focused Lightning. A nice custom Lua script for a WeakAuras text would be something like

which displays the mastery bonus per stack (in this case for a ilvl 830 trinket).

Looks like 1.5 min internal cooldown with about 5% chance to proc ( Consistently getting 1 in 18 to 1 in 23 atks).

Seems pretty crazy if you time your burst correctly. Considering using the 825 version of this over any of the 845's I've found.

Totals about +6000 mastery at the 10 second mark

This item recently dropped form me. It also Titanforged to 850. Currently the BIS for MM hunters. Mastery increases by 667 every second capping at 6670.

I got a Mythic 6 (855ilvl) version of this last night, however it's only showing as giving 680 mastery per stack which differs greatly from what Wowhead says it should be. Is the game/item bugged for me or is Wowhead's info wrong? Thanks
