Ever since 2.0.1, alchemists have a better alternative - Restorative Potion: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=9030

While Purification Potion removes 3 debuffs at a time, the Restoration potion can remove 6 over 30secs, not to mention it will work on Magic debuffs as well. The mats are also easier to find than Plaguebloom/Icecap.

I would not recomend this potion by any means if you are trying to remove a curse that is contantly applied. To that, you have and alternative pot called restorative potion

Considering that Dispelling has changed since Cata, it would'nt suprise me for bosses involving all three of these debuff types that these actually come back into use. saves two healers from dispelling multiple chars.

Just did Horridon with no disease dispeller, this potion "worked", as in, it removed 1 stack, so I can confirm that it might be useful for your raid if you are in a smiliar situation as the one I was in.

This works on the Seething Corruption 30 minute debuff on the N'zoth assault, but it only removes one stack per potion.
