For once the luck was on my side and it dropped. This is probably the best waist for the 39 bracket for those who can use it, and I would recommend it to anyone making a twink.

A great belt for twinking any leather class at 39, though twinking has seemingly died down a lot recently.

Best in slot for 39 rogues (beats AB belt due to an extra 5 stamina and more crit at the cost of 3 attack power), enhancement shammies, feral druids, and even warriors and hunters. Goes for 110G where I come from.

Better for druids, shamans and rogues maybe, but for hunters that strength is pretty much a wasted stat. No reason to be meleeing unless you are survival.

If you're a 39 twink warrior of any kind and you're not using this belt, you're doing yourself a disfavor. As a 39 fury warrior, the stats are overwhelming. Compared to my Scarlet Chestpiece, I'm getting 1 less stat overall. And that's a chestpiece.

While Ogron's is best in slot stat-wise, as has been mentioned, an alternative option is the Gem-studded Leather Belt. It is of benefit to any non-cloth wearing twink.
