Too bad that star only shows on them ugly ass worgen. Imo they should put a red star on more gear (especially with the current expansion being China-themed). Also do something about the economy pls, too much inflation is bad for everyone, blizzard need to have a plan (5-year plan?) for taking care of that !@#$ by now. No more free market capitalism thank you, most players are just too greedy, stupid and selfish these days. Peace ;)

Dropped for me today 1/17/17 in Uldaman in the Ancient Stone Keeper boss room off one of the dwarfs. I thought it was a fancy rare BOE Uldaman blue at first. I figured I would mention it here because Uldaman isn't listed on the Dropped by list.

This dropped off a Steeljaw Snapper in Tanaris after 4 kills. This item can drop off any mob in Tanaris or similar level zones at random chance. Your best way to farm blues or this item is to hunt down chests in Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor as they give a blue reliably. Also, the final bosses of Molten Core and Blackwing Lair drop 2 blues each time they're up (once a week, resetting on Tuesdays)

Edit Update:

This also dropped off an Inferno Elemental in Searing Gorge after 37 kills.
